Quite possibly the biggest collection of recipes I have ever seen - although I believe there is a huge section of cookbooks in one of the many libraries I spent days exploring when my parents were in graduate school. It may top out, but it's close. More cooking stuff here, which is where the other two came from.
The Electric Anvil - learn one of the oldest trades that still exists (relatively) unchanged from its roots. Plus you get to hit things with a hammer - how cool is that? That's how I got into stoneworking in the first place, why not smithing, right? (Space and financial constraints notwithstanding, of course.) This guy does it, and he's pretty danged close to here.
