Well, this is really an interesting experience. I'm beginning to understand why people hate to diet so much. I'm on the "don't-eat-so-danged-much, it's-not-like-you-can-afford-to-right-now-anyway" diet. It consists of Ramen noodles, little instant pasta and spaghetti sauce things, and real food during the evenings and weekends. It's not bad, I've lost close to ten pounds in three weeks. Of course, I'm 25. Not hard to do if you have a reasonable metabolism.
