While I'm in the Business of looking up local educational programs, I thought I would just check out what they had available here in Dallas. A broadcasting school, a bartending school (my ex-girlfriend went to one of these...), a film school (a film workshop, more like), the Art Institute of Dallas (includes a culinary institute), the Dallas Arboretum (has some courses in gardening), an Acting School, a, um, oh my..., a waterski school (eh...sounds boring to me), and a list of barber schools. Not to mention Fun-Ed.
